This time, i am in the "Craft Room" at the Lewis Centre! Yoga practice based in Hatha Yoga. Short warm-up only. Limited pose description - geared towards students that have a familiarity with Hatha poses or Sheron's teaching style. Created for students that have been attending Sheron's 55+ Yoga -Ongoing and/or Yoga Fusion. Guided relaxation or Savasana. Practice on its own or add this to the end of your asana or posture practice. NOTES:
