The sound is not great in this one as i was in a huge, empty room. However, it is a lovely practice of chest openers - Mmmm..... i just finished doing this one and i feel great!
A cute happening while i was practising/watching this video: Our dog was just a couple feet away the whole time. At the end, getting into savasana, as "video Sheron" suggested a deep breath followed by a sigh, he let out a huge sigh! Ha ha! So cute! We had a lovely savasana together.

Thank you. I missed my weekly class today. It was nice to have an alternative. It got me on my mat!
