Thanks again City of Courtenay, Recreation and Comox Valley Community Foundation for this opportunity to share and connect!  Today's video is mostly standing. You might want a chair to modify to sitting for some poses. You will also need some sort of support to hold onto like a wall, a counter, a chair, a desk. So let's get comfy with losing control!!

This time, i am in the "Craft Room" at the Lewis Centre! 
Yoga practice based in Hatha Yoga. Short warm-up only. Limited pose description - geared towards students that have a familiarity with Hatha poses or Sheron's teaching style. Created for students that have been attending Sheron's 55+ Yoga -Ongoing and/or Yoga Fusion.

Well, it took many days and hours of work, but here it finally is! Made in my home studio.
Yes, i realize the picture quality is blurry. That is because i used the "selfie" setting on my phone so that i could watch myself as i recorded. Because my space is so small, i have limited camera placement options. If i moved my body too far to the left, right, or forward, i was out of the frame. Thankfully the voice/sound quality is good.

My wish is that this practice helps you to stay flexible & strong in this time of change.
